The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is expected to declare the Class 10th Result 2026 by mid-May. Students who appeared for the CBSE Board Exam 2026 can check their results on the official websites cbse.gov.in and cbseresults.nic.in once announced.

CBSE 10th Result 2026: Latest Update (April 2026)
According to official sources, the evaluation process is currently underway. The board has completed nearly 80 percent of the evaluation of the answer sheets. The result is likely to be declared in the second or third week of May 2026.
Last year, CBSE announced Class 10 results on May 13. Following the same timeline, the board is expected to release results around May 15-20, 2026.
How to Check CBSE 10th Result 2026
- Step 1: Visit cbse.gov.in or cbseresults.nic.in
- Step 2: Click on the “CBSE Class 10 Result 2026” link
- Step 3: Enter your roll number and school number
- Step 4: Enter the admit card ID
- Step 5: Click Submit
- Step 6: Your CBSE 10th result will appear on the screen
- Step 7: Download and save the marksheet
CBSE Class 10 Passing Marks 2026
Students need to score a minimum of 33 percent marks in each subject to pass. There is no overall pass percentage requirement. Students must pass in all five subjects individually.
The board follows a 9-point grading system:
- A1: 91-100 marks
- A2: 81-90 marks
- B1: 71-80 marks
- B2: 61-70 marks
- C1: 51-60 marks
- C2: 41-50 marks
- D: 33-40 marks
- E1: 21-32 marks (Failed)
- E2: 00-20 marks (Failed)
How to Download Original Marksheet
Students can download their digital marksheet from DigiLocker immediately after the result declaration. The physical marksheet will be issued by schools within 15-20 days.
